    • 36% of my class finished STMath/JiJi and advanced to the next grade level.
    • Met district’s assessment criteria for my third grade class to increase students scoring proficient and above on the CCSS-SBAC English Language Arts and Mathematics assessments.
    • Achieved district’s assessment criteria for my third grade class to increase MAP assessments by one year’s growth, and more in some cases.
    • Created and taught a variety of computer-based learning lessons establishing Literacy Across Content Areas, as well as Technology Integration in Language Arts and ELD.
    • Tutored third grade after school 2018-19.
    • Spearheaded, fund-raised and produced Taiko lessons for two third grade classes.
    • Organized and supported my students’ Taiko performance.
    • Established and maintained the Ann Soldo Elementary social media Facebook page.
    • Served on the Ann Soldo Events Committee for all school events.
    • Volunteered to pilot the MTSS push-in at Ann Soldo Elementary in 2018-19
    • Took on additional duties serving on the Ann Soldo Elementary PBIS Team and Committee.
    • Developed and taught a student lead project to create a PBIS Expectation Stations teaching Google Tour/Video series.
    • Produced and filmed an educator’s video of MAP goal setting techniques featuring Anne Childers.
    • Organized and taught a variety of realia project-based learning and STEM lessons.
    • Taught digital citizenship and implemented the four C’s of Technology.
